## RECENT NEWS

Update: (8/14/2016):

1) khanacademy.org.

2) They will ask you to sign in, but you don't need to. Click on Subjects --> Math --> 8th grade.

3) In the search bar, type in the topic you want to learn, which is usually on top of the Math Vision Project paper I give you in class. So example, a few days ago we learned graphing inequalities. I type that in the search bar and it will bring me to an 8 minutes video about graphing inequalities: https://www.khanacademy.org/math/algebra/linear-equations-and-inequalitie/graphing-linear-inequalities/v/graphing-inequalities

Hope this helps!

**More instructions/step by step information to help you with math practice:**- On IXL, since the questions are the same for every skill, the instruction is the same throughout but modified for each question. They have the same steps and direction, just with different numbers. So after the repeated instructions, you should be able to get it. If you are stuck at the first question, make a mistake and read the instructions to teach you how to solve the problem. Be a patient problem solver and read the instructions! :)

- You are more than welcome to use the youtube links/ khan academy links on the bottom of the math vision project pages. It states on the bottom of their paper. So for example, a few days ago I gave out 2.2 lesson - Systems - Ready, Set, Go. Right of the bottom of the "Go", it says "
*Need help? Check out these related videos.*" Some of the links work and some doesn't depending on if the website still uses that url. If that is the case, I would recommend them to go to Khan Academy and type in the topic. So I would go:

1) khanacademy.org.
